Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh via our courier partners.
Shipping Charges:

International Shipping
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- Express International: 7–14 business days
- Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination country and will be shown at checkout.
- Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order status.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs & Duties Notice / কাস্টমস নোটিশ:
For international dropshipped products, packages are shipped directly from the supplier. In rare cases, customs clearance may cause additional delays. Customers are advised that any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are their responsibility.
আন্তর্জাতিক পণ্যগুলো সরাসরি সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে পাঠানো হয়। বিরল ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্সে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। কোনো কাস্টমস ডিউটি প্রযোজ্য হলে তা customer-এর দায়িত্ব।
